About
Digital Human Alike CX is the freelance practice and writing of Juan Mateu. It rests on one conviction: customer experience is holistic, the combination of interaction, data and UX, and getting that combination right is what makes a digital experience feel human, or not.
There is a through-line to twenty years of work. At Solaiemes it was rich messaging and chatbots for mobile networks, years before the market was ready. At Whenwhyhow it was an AI-powered customer data platform for mindset analytics, while everyone else was collecting more behavioural data. Today it is the same argument, sharper: most organisations are building generative and agentic AI on top of “blind” data, a record of what customers did, with no signal for why they did it.
